Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions. •How Your Role Will Make An Impact •As a systems administrator on our team, you’ll perform troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common system problems and document system events to ensure continuous functionality for a hardened state. •You’ll coordinate with all applicable application owners, program managers, and database administrators to initiate corrective actions and help to perform some of the testing of new items, including Group Policies, Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Computer Task Orders (CTOs) and security updates. •You’ll help customers to overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management, using tools to automate continuous scanning and highlight misconfigurations as they arise. •Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network and ensure security posture is maintained. •Your experience and communication skills will come in handy as you turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning and system state.
