Hiring: Enterprise Environmental, Health and Safety Manager Company: Shamrock Foods Company Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 11:27:30 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Program Management About the job Experience: •5+ years related experience Required Skills: •Conduct EHS audits of facilities to identify opportunities for improvement, develop recommendations, and partner with local teams to implement corrective actions. •Lead initiatives that impact the adoption and implementation of EHS programs, practices, and procedures throughout the organization •Execute EHS Program requirements to ensure compliance with applicable laws,regulations , and permits •Review EHS systems for technical accuracy and effectiveness and direct corrective action as appropriate •Serve Operations as an in-house EHS consultant by, among other things, translating technical EHS requirements into practical guidance useable by personnel not expert in EHS matters •Interface with regulators such as OSHA, EPA, and state and local authorities (in coordination with local Operations teams) •Drive timely and accurate monthly EHS process management leading and lagging indicator measurement reporting across the Enterprise •Concisely escalate EHS program management issues to upper management Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from an accredited college preferred •Adobe Acrobat (pdf), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and other Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
