Required Skills: •Builds shipments in our TMS, schedules container pick-up and delivery appointments, and manages the financial data of the shipments •Partner with the Drayage Sales team facilitate the end-to-end drayage move •Builds key relationships with both truckers and customers to ensure Steam Logistics is seen as best-in-class service provider; proactive communicator via phone & email follow up •Fully knowledgeable of all operational aspects of the TMS and how the workflow is setup to be as efficient as possible; brings and promotes suggestions on how to enhance and automate processes •Effectively communicates and offers solutions when capacity problems arise, as well as ensuring LFD’s and Port Cuts are prioritized •Excellent sense of container tracking to ensure we avoid all detention, per diem, storage, etc.; Comes up with unique and effective solutions to eliminate these costs •Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience •1+ years of logistics experience preferred.
