Required Skills: •Expertly draft, review, and negotiate complex technology agreements. •Collaborate closely with technical, product, sales, finance, and legal team members to establish commercial legal strategies that align with business objectives. •Design legal structures and operations that make it seamless to sell xAI’s incredible products while appropriately mitigating risks. •Be a Swiss Army knife: pitch in with precision for anything needed in the legal department, even if it is unfamiliar. •Be a Legal AI ambassador: daily use of our products to accelerate learning and optimize productivity. Qualifications: •Extensive transaction negotiation experience. Intellectual property and technology transactions experience a strong plus. •Demonstrated capacity to balance risks to tackle legal issues with a practical, commercial-driven approach. •Creative solutioning mindset. Ability to problem solve with sound judgment while  navigating complex and ambiguous situations. You find workable paths, not just problems. •Genuine curiosity and passion for AI application in everyday life. •Strong internal drive -  you have a hunger for knowledge and challenges that stretch you •Strong sense of ownership and getting things done. •Tenacity, adaptability, and the stamina to work hard in a fast-paced environment.
