Hiring: Enterprise Business System Director Company: Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) Location: Anchorage, AK Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:16:28 Employment Type: Contract / Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Agile, Change Management, HIPAA, Portfolio Management, Product Management, Project Management, Regulatory Compliance About the job Required Skills: •Project & Portfolio Management with ERP Governance Oversight •Partner closely with the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) and ERP Governance Committee to ensure all business system and ERP initiatives adhere to established project governance, standards, and reporting practices. •Provide executive sponsorship and functional leadership for business system projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, defined scope, and budget parameters. •Partner cross-functionally with the ePMO and ERP Governance Committee on project prioritization, sequencing, and resource allocation within the overall enterprise portfolio. •Oversee internal business system resources supporting projects to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget and align with operational requirements. •Maintain visibility into the business systems project portfolio, proactively identifying interdependencies, risks, and opportunities for synergy across initiatives. •Ensure that lessons learned, process improvements, and post-implementation insights are communicated back through governance channels and integrated into ongoing system enhancement cycles and operations. •Leverage project management principles (PMI, Agile, or hybrid) to guide planning and decision-making within the business systems function, promoting consistency and collaboration with the ePMO and ERP Governance Committee. Qualifications: •Knowledge of Alaska Tribal Health System, ANTHC, and Alaska Native culture(s) and politics. •In-depth knowledge of enterprise business systems (ERP, HRIS, Financial, and Supply Chain) and their operational interdependencies. •Demonstrated expertise in project and product management, process improvement, and change management methodologies. •Knowledge of budgeting, and financial management principles, including capital and operational fund allocation. •Solid foundation in data governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, SOX, NIST). •Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. •Skilled in strategic thinking, problem solving, and translating complex technical issues into actionable business solutions. •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus across diverse teams. •Strong capabilities in leadership, team development, and fostering collaboration within and across departments. •Effective and positive contributor to the division’s leadership team, promoting alignment, accountability, and shared success.
