The offered salary will be based upon the selected applicant’s education, training, and experience.) •This position is required to tra vel less than 10% of the time. •Manages day-to-day software configuration and execution, user permissions and roles, system security, integrations, data integrity, and personnel. •Cleans and verifies asset data, generates reports as requested supporting data calls or audits, and executes connectors •Acts as the bridge between IT functionality and operational departments like real estate or asset management. •Supports corrective and preventive work orders and their associated workflows, acting as a gatekeeper for work orders, ensuring accurate maintenance history. •Troubleshoot application errors and support vendor’s technical support tickets.
