Additionally, a minimum of 6 years of systems analysis and/or programming experience is required. Experience in an academic environment is highly desirable. Required Skills: •Works to establish a culture of project management, change management, and continuous improvement. Lead, mentor, share resources, and provide training opportunities for others. •Demonstrate the value of a structure approach and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement. •Help drive strategic initiatives by working with the Enterprise Applications Team, departments, and stakeholders on solutions and eliminating roadblocks in enterprise systems. This includes leading complex and high-risk evaluation, implementation, and migration projects working closely with third-party vendors, providers, and consultants. •Manages and supports the technical environment of various enterprise systems to ensure systems are up to date, performing efficiently, secure, and utilized effectively. •Configures and administers interfaces, integrations, processes, reports, and dashboards to provide an improved user experience and empower data driven decision making. •Supports data governance initiatives working with departments, data stewards and business analysts. Communicates potential concerns, researches, and provides recommendations and solutions. Strives to ensure that new software being evaluated or implemented meets data governance standards. •Participates in ITS department leadership and decision-making. Performs other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility and requirements of the position. •The Enterprise Application Manager may supervise Systems Analysts and other staff assigned to his/her unit and will be responsible for their performance evaluations. This position will also provide oversight, guidance, and direction to all sub-contractors or vendors working on Enterprise Applications to ensure university objectives are being met. Qualifications: •: Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with major course work in MIS, Engineering, or a related field is required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification(s) preferred.
