Required Skills: •This is a hands-on role responsible for configuring systems, implementing changes, troubleshooting issues, and supporting system integrations. While vendors and developers will assist with specialized development, this position is expected to own system functionality and drive solutions to completion. •Provide Level 2/3 support for enterprise applications including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1), WMS, integrations, and reporting systems. •Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. •Configure JDE E1 modules and other business applications to support operational needs. •Support integrations between JDE E1, warehouse systems, eCommerce platforms, and external partners. •Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that support business operations. •Analyze system data to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement. •Partner cross-functionally with business teams to improve workflows and system usage. Qualifications: •Operational familiarity with system integrations, APIs, or EDI processes. •Demonstrated capacity to analyze data and troubleshoot system issues (SQL experience helpful). •Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently in a small IT team environment. •Demonstrated capacity to read and write in English. •Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology or similar discipline.
