Hiring: Enrollment Specialist Company: Catholic Charities Boston Location: Peabody, MA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 15:15:02 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Office About the job Required Skills: •Interface directly with center and family child care directors to determine the enrollment needs of each program. •Partner with the Director of Child Care Services and program directors to create and implement strategies that result in increased enrollment. •Communicate program information to small and large groups of individuals as needed. •Participate in site meetings with program directors to discuss openings at each site. •Track data relating to the use of the state waitlist system when enrolling clients. •Verify family income and service need prior to coordinating appointments with families to enroll. •Provide meeting facilitation and communication related to childcare enrollment activities during monthly director’s meetings. •Work independently and collaborate as a strong team member in order to accomplish goals.
