Required Skills: •Lead the installation and configuration of CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems independently, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. •Take ownership of project tasks and coordinate with team members to allocate resources effectively and overcome any challenges encountered during project execution. •Conduct system integration activities to ensure compatibility between different components of electronic security systems, such as cameras, control panels, and sensors. •Verify proper functionality and interoperability of integrated systems, troubleshooting and resolving any issues as needed. •Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians, sharing knowledge and expertise to support their professional development within the organization. •Guide junior technicians in performing installation and maintenance tasks, offering feedback and support to enhance their skills and confidence.
