Required Skills: •Interface directly with our corporate team to install and maintain CATV head-end equipment. •Interface directly with our corporate engineering and Operations management team to prepare Test Procedures for STB repair and clean and screen processes •Interface directly with CTDI STB repair branches to implement and support the tools and processes to optimize set top box testing and repair processes. •Maintenance of mechanical equipment. Understand equipment operation and basic troubleshooting for equipment controls (PLC, WES, WCS). •Interface directly with the customer concerning New Product Introduction (NPI) work on new STB models. •Analyze technical requirements and effort associated with test systems, products, and STB repair and clean and screen processes. •Generate various documents, including test procedures, schematics, flowcharts, and project status reports. •Support local branch on technical requirements and consult with other branches as required.
