Required Skills: •Success in this position requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on manufacturing experience, technical aptitude, and the ability to communicate findings through clear documentation and reports. •Plan, execute, and support engineering tests and experiments as directed. •Operate production equipment as needed to support development and manufacturing activities. •Perform inspections using microscopes, magnifiers, and other visual inspection tools. •Collect, analyze, and summarize data for engineering and management review. •Identify and resolve manufacturing and process-related issues with limited supervision. •Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established specifications and procedures. •Document findings, prepare technical reports, write memos, and update process specifications as required. Qualifications: •Basic computer skills, including data entry and word processing software. •Solid functional working knowledge of mathematics, including arithmetic, fractions, decimals, powers and roots, algebra, and basic statistics. •Demonstrated capacity to read and understand technical reports, process specifications, and business correspondence. •Demonstrated capacity to write clear, concise technical documentation, memos, and procedures. •Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. •Willingness and ability to work in a manufacturing environment and operate production equipment. •Knowledge of laboratory testing techniques and equipment. •Demonstrated capacity to train others on laboratory equipment and testing procedures. •Understanding of basic electricity, electronics, and circuit fundamentals. •Mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and troubleshoot production equipment and machinery.
