Qualifications: •Basic computer skills, including data entry and word processing software. •Solid functional working knowledge of mathematics, including arithmetic, fractions, decimals, powers and roots, algebra, and basic statistics. •Demonstrated capacity to read and understand technical reports, process specifications, and business correspondence. •Demonstrated capacity to write clear, concise technical documentation, memos, and procedures. •Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. •Willingness and ability to work in a manufacturing environment and operate production equipment. •Knowledge of laboratory testing techniques and equipment. •Demonstrated capacity to train others on laboratory equipment and testing procedures. •Understanding of basic electricity, electronics, and circuit fundamentals. •Mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and troubleshoot production equipment and machinery.
