Entry-level candidates with relevant hands-on and technical aptitude may be considered. Required Skills: •Follows all EH&S standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment. Alerts Supervisor of EH&S concerns to ensure unsafe conditions are documented and corrected. •Gathers and organizes feedback from operations technicians on the floor and from the maintenance and engineering teams to define facilities modification needs in the field. •Performs hands-on field work, including moving equipment, staging materials, and taking accurate measurements in tight or hard-to-reach areas. •Interprets engineering drawings, P&IDs, and facilities layouts to support modifications (entry-level expectation), with growth toward creating and revising drawings in future roles. •Assists with project execution by tracking field activities, maintaining project records, documenting progress, and following up on open action items with maintenance personnel, contractors and stakeholders. •Assists design engineers in updating and creating designs for facilities modifications. •Develops a rough scope of work based on team feedback to provide to vendors, understanding that it may require review and edits from the Design Engineer. •Supports implementation of designs in the field, coordinating with the maintenance team and contractors. Qualifications: •Proficient written and verbal communication skills – email / phone. •Proficient in use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret engineering drawings and identify critical quality characteristics. •Hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem solving with a cross-functional team. •Operational familiarity with facilities utilities and basic mechanical systems is a plus. •Exposure to AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus, supporting growth toward creating designs in future roles. •High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree or technical / vocational training in a mechanical, facilities, or engineering discipline is a plus. •Work is performed in manufacturing, office, warehouse, and/or cleanroom environments and on the production floor.
