Required Skills: •FM's Engineering Standards team is responsible for the technical content that supports our engineering field operations and client-facing loss prevention guidance worldwide. •Lead the team responsible for publishing and maintaining Engineering Standards, Operating Standards, and Data Sheets that help ensure technical information is accurate, accessible, and delivered on time. •This role combines people leadership, project management, content management, and process improvement. You'll partner closely with engineers, technical experts, editors, and operations leaders to manage complex publication cycles, improve content governance, and drive initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability. •As FM continues to modernize its content management capabilities, you'll play a key role in advancing new technologies, supporting the adoption of Tridion, and identifying opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve how technical content is created, managed, and delivered. •Lead & Develop the Team •Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for engineering content operations, publishing, and production activities. •Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation. •Recruit, develop, and retain talent while supporting adoption of new processes and technologies. Qualifications: •Strong project management experience, including managing complex initiatives, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering results on schedule. •Proven experience leading, developing, and motivating teams in a collaborative environment. •Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills. •Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. •Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. •Bachelors Degree (preferred) Or Equivalent Experience.
