Required Skills: •ERP Implementation & Process Design •Support ERP system implementation activities across Doors manufacturing locations. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional stakeholders to define, document, and standardize business processes. •Participate in system configuration, testing, validation, and deployment activities. •Ensure ERP functionality supports operational requirements while aligning with enterprise standards. •Partner with business subject matter experts to develop and maintain product configurator rules and supporting master data. •Ensure product, routing, and manufacturing data are accurate, sustainable, and scalable within the ERP environment. •Manufacturing & Operations Support Qualifications: •Preference for our Charlotte plant location but this position may be based at any Owens Corning Doors manufacturing facility or a designated corporate office location. Significant travel to Doors manufacturing sites is required. •Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline. •Advanced degree in Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, or Business. •Change Leadership •Stakeholder Management •Frequent travel to manufacturing locations is required. Position requires up to 75% travel. •Demonstrated capacity to work in office and manufacturing environments. •Occasional support outside of normal business hours may be required during implementation and go-live periods. •ERP, Supply Chain, Project Management, Lean, or Continuous Improvement certifications.
