Required Skills: •Lead the end-to-end delivery of the site's CAPEX program, from concept development through to execution and handover, ensuring alignment with business priorities, budget, and regulatory requirements. •Oversee the operation and maintenance of all site utility systems to ensure continuous availability, efficiency, and compliance. •Direct the development and implementation of automation systems and controls across the site, ensuring reliability, scalability, and alignment with digital transformation goals. •Ensure facilities are maintained to appropriate standards, supporting safety, compliance, and operational effectiveness. •Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team including Automation, CAPEX, Utilities, and Facilities leads. •Foster a culture of engineering excellence, safety, and continuous improvement through effective leadership and performance management. •Ensure compliance with all internal standards, local regulations, and industry codes related to engineering, safety, environment, and quality. •Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain teams to support seamless site operations. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related discipline); Master’s degree or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage. •Proven experience managing CAPEX projects, including budgeting, planning, and execution. •Strong technical expertise in utilities systems, facility maintenance, automation technologies, and asset reliability programs. •Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and manage complex, multidisciplinary initiatives. •Solid understanding of engineering standards, regulatory compliance (e.g., GMP, OSHA, ISO), and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements. •Proficient in engineering tools and platforms such as CMMS, SCADA, PLC/DCS systems, and project management software. •Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions. •Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP), Reliability (e.g., CMRP), or Automation Systems is a plus. •Career paths, training and development, e-learning and tuition reimbursement programs offer potential for you to progress your future career Compensation: •$186,000 - $210,000 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
