Required Skills: •Lead and manage the process engineering team to optimize PCB manufacturing processes including imaging, etching, plating, drilling, lamination, solder mask application, and surface finish operations. •Develop and implement process control strategies to improve yield, quality, and throughput. •Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. •Establish and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). •Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities for process-related defects and quality issues. •Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies, equipment, and materials. •Design and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize process parameters. •Develop process capability studies and maintain statistical process control (SPC) systems. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field. •Master's degree preferred. •Demonstrated success in successful process improvement and cost reduction initiatives. •Comprehensive expertise in PCB manufacturing processes and equipment. •Proficiency with statistical analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, or similar). •Knowledge of IPC standards and industry best practices. •In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949). •Operational familiarity with chemical processes, electroplating, and surface treatment technologies. •Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt. •IPC Certified Trainer or Specialist (CIT, CIS).
