Required Skills: •, you will lead a team of software developers to drive some of Robinhood’s most important international launch initiatives. •Driving the architecture and execution required to launch crypto and other financial products in new regions, while shaping the reusable systems that make future launches faster, safer, and more scalable. •Guide technical execution, review system architectures, and ensure our services remain highly performant and secure at scale. •Recruit, mentor, and support the career progression of engineers on your team. •Work closely with product managers, compliance partners, and other team leads to define technical strategy and deliver features on schedule. Qualifications: •Product Shipping Experience: Proven experience leading collaborative teams across product, design, and engineering to ship complex products, including end-to-end management from concept to launch, and ensuring high-quality, reliable user experiences post-deployment. •Systems Design: Experience designing and operating distributed systems with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance. •Project Delivery: Experience delivering complex technical projects from initial planning through execution and deployment. •Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business partners to explain technical decisions and trade-offs. •Mentorship: Experience supporting team development through regular coaching, mentoring, and feedback. •Leadership expectations •Drive high performance by setting clear, focused goals, giving real-time feedback, stretching top talent, and scaling impact through focus, innovation, and tech. •Hire and retain top talent by setting a high bar, hiring only those who raise it, investing in onboarding, and addressing talent issues quickly and fairly. •Create community by connecting work to purpose, removing friction while prioritizing safety, building trust and inclusion, and leading from the front with integrity.
