This role serves as the governing authority for drawing format, revision control, modeling methodology, and assembly structure standards across the organization. •The position establishes and enforces company-wide CAD modeling standards, drawing conventions, revision schemes, and configuration control practices. This individual ensures that released documentation meets internal standards, contractual requirements, regulatory requirements (if applicable), and best industry practices. •This role operates as an independent quality gate within the engineering release process. •Correct formatting and title block completion •Appropriate drawing titles and descriptions •Correct notes, callouts, and references •Proper revision schemes and revision history documentation •Accurate distribution statements and classification markings (if applicable) Qualifications: •Associate’s degree, technical certification, or apprenticeship in drafting, mechanical design, or related field preferred •Bachelor’s degree not required •Relevant hands-on CAD and documentation experience is strongly valued. •This position requires access to information and technology subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms •Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship. •The diversity of work conditions may range from an environment where there is little or no physical discomfort, such as a general office environment, to warehouse and other facilities.
