Required Skills: •Manage a technical team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. •Own the 90-day plan projects and cadence •Serve as a technical expert for plant processing equipment in all disciplines of engineering, maintenance, and production. •Engineer and implement robust controls, strategies, and solutions to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency. •Lead reliability routines and initiatives (root cause analysis, breakdown analysis, and MTBF analysis). •Develop, design, and deploy predictive maintenance and situational awareness technologies. •Partner cross-functionally with and provide guidance to Maintenance teams on preventative maintenance programs. •Guide the planning and implementation of capital projects with engineers and project managers.
