Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical coursework or certifications related to engineering support are advantageous. •Basic understanding of engineering principles, laboratory or field test procedures, and technical equipment operation. •Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record and interpret experimental data. •Effective communication skills to follow instructions, report observations clearly, and collaborate within a team setting. •Demonstrated capacity to work under close supervision while demonstrating a willingness to learn and take initiative. •Physical ability to handle equipment setup, including lifting and moving moderately heavy devices safely. •Proficiency with standard office software and an openness to learning specialized engineering software tools as needed. •Commitment to adhering to safety standards and regulatory requirements in all work activities.
