Required Skills: •Operates, maintains, and repairs physical plant systems, buildings, and equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation in support of patient care and facility services. •Repairs and maintains equipment across all building areas to ensure optimal functionality and safety. •Maintains building systems, structures, and fixtures in a clean, usable, and visually appealing condition that enhances comfort for patients, staff, and visitors. •Demonstrates working knowledge of physical plant systems to support effective troubleshooting and repair. •Operates and maintains fire safety and life safety systems to ensure full compliance with safety regulations and organizational standards. •Conducts routine testing of fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and other safety devices; participates in and leads fire drills. •Prioritizes and completes maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner to meet customer and operational needs. •Prepares and processes appropriate documentation for all maintenance and repair work, including work orders, records, and service logs. Qualifications: •High school graduate or equivalent •Current valid applicable state driver’s license and a driving record that meets insurance carrier requirements. •Limited Maintenance Industrial Electrician license preferred.
