Note: This role will heavily utilize Puppet Query Language, which utilizes RUBY backend. Required Skills: •Design, develop, and implement software ensuring high system availability while following industry best practices. •Works independently with moderate supervision. Seeks guidance in more complex technical situations. Escalates unresolved issues appropriately. •Contributes to the development of processes for monitoring performance and problem determination of developed systems or services and takes corrective actions when necessary, in accordance with established IT processes. •Develops detailed technical writing with estimated tasks. Monitor progress of project and creates status updates to management. Adheres to all IT methodology standards. •Provides guidance and assistance to other Information Technology staff members in the usage of systems for which he/she has responsibility. •Mentor new developers and oversee development efforts of lower-level teammates (following standards, reviewing submitted documentation, PCI adherence).
