Hiring: Engagement Specialist - Phoenix, AZ 85017 Company: Terros Health Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 11:16:28 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Phoenix About the job Required Skills: •Works collaboratively with the clinical team to engage, educate, communicate, and coordinate care with clients receiving behavioral health services. •Conducts outreach and follow-up of services including, but not limited to, crisis interaction, missed appointments, and hospital discharges to ensure adequate resources are available and in place. •Ensures ongoing collaboration, including the communication of appropriate clinical information with other involved parties as appropriate.
