Required Skills: •Sign-on Bonus of $2,000 paid out within 2 years of hire. •In partnership with other team members, provide mobile crisis response services in the community when dispatched. •Actively facilitate and support engagement of individuals hesitant to interact with behavioral health professionals or first responders through trust-building and resource provision. •Actively participate as a partner in the design, implementation, and evaluation of crisis solutions. •Advocate for individuals with professionalism and a collaborative, non-confrontational approach. •Provide appropriate behavioral interventions and advocacy for individuals experiencing adverse mental health conditions. •Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of community resources and the full range of services offered by Rosecrance. •Provide clients with resources tailored to their needs, including referrals to additional treatment resources when necessary.
