Required Skills: •We are seeking a technically strong •Own system-level product health and sustaining engineering activities for launched products, including lithium-ion batteries, fuel cells, chargers, and energy-related vehicle hardware. •Investigate complex field and product issues from initial diagnosis through root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive action (CAPA), and implementation. •Improve product reliability, performance, cost, warranty exposure, and total cost of ownership through data-driven design modifications and engineering strategies. •Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical interfaces, packaging, thermal and structural concerns, power distribution, sensors, controls, communications, and software/firmware, including CAN and CANopen. •Define requirements and test plans, perform engineering calculations, and analyze test and field data to evaluate system reliability, durability, robustness, and energy-storage performance. •Partner with product planning, advanced engineering, procurement, field service, test labs, reliability teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve cross-functional technical challenges. •Develop and support engineering documentation, including specifications, test procedures, 5-Why analyses, BOMs, CAD models, drawings, standard work, and engineering change requests.
