Required Skills: •AESC is looking to add an Energy Storage Solution Engineer to our team in the US. •Collect and analyze technical requirements for energy storage projects •Lead and oversee technical communication and product promotion of energy storage •Follow up on customer needs for energy storage, decompose requirements, and carry out product development and change management •Identify risks and develop system solutions during product development Qualifications: •Rich experience in energy storage system solutions, with deep understanding and engagement experience in the North American energy storage market and customers (integrators/IPP/owners) •Bachelor's degree or above, good English communication skills, experience working in North America preferred •Background in electrochemistry, mechanical, electrical engineering, etc. •Knowledge of Energy Storage related products, with a background in R&D technology preferred •Strong resource integration and cross-disciplinary thinking abilities. •Strong ability to handle pressure and explore new opportunities, and willing to accept new challenges •Strong communication skills, with leadership qualities •Understands and follows all standards of IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 quality standards. (training and awareness will be provided for those who are not familiar with these standards) •Understands and follows all standards of ISO14001 environmental standards.
