Required Skills: •Energize your Career at SECO Energy! •Minimum Required Qualifications And Competencies •Advanced knowledge of electrical theory and electric energy usage, including voltage, amperage, metering, power consumption, and factors affecting residential and commercial energy use. •Advanced knowledge of residential and commercial energy assessments, high energy usage investigations, energy efficiency practices, HVAC systems, appliance operation, thermography, renewable energy systems, surge protection, GenerLink, and related member energy technologies. •Solid functional working knowledge of Advanced Metering Infrastructure and the use of interval and consumption data to investigate energy usage concerns. •Demonstrated knowledge of Energy Solutions operations, Solar Interconnection Agreements, applicable distributed generation or net metering tariffs, and utility interconnection processes. •Demonstrated capacity to analyze energy usage information, field observations, equipment characteristics, weather impacts, and other relevant data to identify potential causes of elevated or abnormal consumption. •Demonstrated capacity to interpret program and operational data, identify trends, monitor performance, and recommend corrective actions or process improvements. Qualifications: •Minimum: Four (4) year bachelor’s degree in Conservation, business administration or related discipline. •Job-related experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. •Demonstrated capacity to operate a variety of office equipment, including a personal computer, printers, copy machines and telephones. •Demonstrated capacity to work irregular hours for assignment completion and flexibility to change scheduling and report to work on short notice during emergency situations. •A valid Florida driver’s license for frequent driving privileges of a company vehicle; must have and maintain an acceptable driving record as determined by SECO Energy. •Some driving includes, but not limited to, travel to all areas of service territory and other facilities as deemed necessary, room setup and breakdown for programs and presentations. •Some after-hours and weekend travel to provide presentations and promote SECO Energy products and solutions through a variety of community functions. •Normal work hours shall be eight (8) hours between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. •Successful completion of pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen. •Yes - Valid Florida Driver's License Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
