Required Skills: •Provide system administrator-level technical support throughout all phases of endpoint management. •Design, implement, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot endpoint management solutions, operating systems, software, and related technologies. •Utilize systems management tools to support endpoint imaging, operating system deployment, patch management, software distribution, remote management, reporting, hardware and software inventory, asset management, licensing, settings enforcement, and configuration management. •Analyze, diagnose, and isolate technical problems and implement solutions to resolve system issues. •Develop, test, implement, and maintain Group Policy configurations to support the University’s computing environment. •Monitor and maintain system availability, data integrity, security, and performance. •Develop and maintain technical documentation, white papers, decision documents, deployment procedures, and other documentation for technical staff, end users, and managers. •Monitor system capacity and performance and participate in disaster recovery planning and execution. Qualifications: •Related work experience in a higher education or academic health care organization.
