Hiring: End User Support Specialist Company: Clevanoo LLC Location: Irvine, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-17 14:05:08 Employment Type: Contract / Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Android, Change Management, Configuration Management, Encryption, Stakeholder Management, iOS, macOS About the job Experience: •Champion the overall digital employee experience, ensuring technology is reliable, intuitive, secure, and easy to access. •Establish mechanisms to measure employee satisfaction and identify recurring technology friction points. •Use endpoint analytics, service management data, incident trends, employee feedback, and device telemetry to proactively improve EUC services. •Expand employee self-service and automated remediation capabilities to reduce support dependency and improve resolution times. •Identify opportunities to use automation, AI, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve support delivery and employee productivity. Required Skills: •Global End User Compute Strategy & Leadership •Develop and execute the global End User Compute strategy, roadmap, operating model, and technology standards aligned with business, IT, and cybersecurity objectives. •Provide global leadership for employee-facing technology services across corporate offices, remote workers, engineering environments, and other business locations. •Establish consistent EUC standards, processes, service levels, performance metrics, and support models across geographic regions. •Lead, develop, and mentor a geographically distributed team of managers, engineers, administrators, and support professionals. •Balance operational stability with modernization, automation, security, and continuous improvement. •Develop annual operating plans, budgets, resource requirements, technology roadmaps, and investment recommendations for EUC services. •Establish measurable KPIs covering employee experience, device health, incident resolution, service availability, security compliance, and operational efficiency. Qualifications: •Demonstrated experience leading End User Compute, Workplace Technology, Desktop Engineering, Endpoint Engineering, or similar enterprise functions. •Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and modern endpoint provisioning. •In-depth knowledge of endpoint security technologies and practices, including EDR, encryption, vulnerability management, hardening, privileged access, and zero-trust principles. •In-depth knowledge of IT service management principles, incident management, problem management, change management, asset management, and service-level management. •Demonstrated ability to manage technology vendors, contracts, budgets, licensing, and service providers. •Strong analytical capabilities with experience using operational metrics and technology data to identify trends and drive improvements. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical teams and senior business executives. •Demonstrated ability to lead through organizational and technology change in a fast-paced, global enterprise environment. •Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
