Required Skills: •Global End User Compute Strategy & Leadership •Develop and execute the global End User Compute strategy, roadmap, operating model, and technology standards aligned with business, IT, and cybersecurity objectives. •Provide global leadership for employee-facing technology services across corporate offices, remote workers, engineering environments, and other business locations. •Establish consistent EUC standards, processes, service levels, performance metrics, and support models across geographic regions. •Lead, develop, and mentor a geographically distributed team of managers, engineers, administrators, and support professionals. •Balance operational stability with modernization, automation, security, and continuous improvement. •Develop annual operating plans, budgets, resource requirements, technology roadmaps, and investment recommendations for EUC services. •Establish measurable KPIs covering employee experience, device health, incident resolution, service availability, security compliance, and operational efficiency.
