Required Skills: •Assist senior team members with building enclosure consulting projects for a variety of building types. •Perform field investigations and document existing building conditions. •Conduct construction observations of building enclosure systems during installation. •Prepare field observation reports and photographic documentation. •Assist with building enclosure testing and quality assurance activities. •Review architectural drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and product submittals under supervision. •Actively facilitate and support evaluation of existing buildings to identify enclosure deficiencies and repair needs. •Assist with preparing technical reports, repair recommendations, and project documentation.
