Required Skills: •As an Enablement Operations Manager, you will own the operational infrastructure that enables our programs to run efficiently and consistently at scale, with a primary focus on supporting Technical Solutions Enablement. •This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable systems and processes, improving how work gets done, and creating the operational foundation that enables high-performing teams. •Actively facilitate and support operational processes, governance, and enablement systems that support Technical Solutions Enablement. •Manage the operational delivery of enablement platforms and processes, including project management, learning management systems, content management systems, reporting, and program support. •Execute the knowledge management operating model, including taxonomy, publishing standards, content lifecycle management, and discoverability. •Establish and maintain operational processes, templates, documentation, and standard operating procedures that improve consistency, scalability, and execution quality. •Manage intake workflows, work tracking, operational handoffs, and execution visibility across the Technical Solutions Enablement portfolio. •Manage business requirements for enablement platforms, workflows, automation, and reporting in partnership with the Enablement Systems & Analytics team. Qualifications: •Strong operational mindset with exceptional organization, attention to detail, and process discipline. •Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across technical and business teams. •A continuous improvement mindset with experience leveraging automation and AI to improve operational efficiency and scale. •Datadog values people from all walks of life.
