Required Skills: •This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build and scale Encore’s Enablement function. As one of the earliest members of a growing team, you will play a key role in coordinating the logistics, systems, content, and operations behind both new-hire onboarding and ongoing (“everboarding”) training programs. •Your fingerprints will be on the systems, processes, and experiences that support the growth and development of our sales and field teams across the organization. •Schedule and send calendar invites for onboarding and ongoing training sessions, including ramp programs for new hires •Coordinate new-hire logistics (travel, lodging, transportation, accommodations) and book/confirm learning spaces •Maintain training calendars across both onboarding and everboarding cadences, avoiding conflicts •Prep, order, and maintain training materials and collateral for both new-hire and ongoing programs •Maintain playbooks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and onboarding content tailored to fire suppression, inspection, and service line offerings •Keep the content/materials library current as programs evolve Compensation: •$65,000 - $80,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
