Qualifications: •Associate’s degree in Workforce Development, Human Services, or related field. •Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment services, workforce development, or program supervision. •Strong leadership and team management skills. •Knowledge of local labor market trends and employer engagement strategies. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workforce tracking systems. •Bachelor’s degree in a related field. •Operational familiarity with vocational training providers and job placement strategies. •Bilingual (Spanish or Hmong) a plus. •Equus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
