Hiring: Employer Relations Specialist-MMC Company: Ancora Education Location: Raleigh, NC Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:47:22 About the job Required Skills: •The Employer Relations Specialist will build and maintain sustainable and long-term relationships with local, regional and national employers to increase employment opportunities for all campus graduates. •Develop and maintain community involvement to support successful company branding within the physical footprint of their campus. •Attend weekly meetings with DCS and other members of the Career Services team to understand the weekly goals required to provide available graduates and upcoming graduates with employment opportunities. •Through employer cold-calls, off-site employer meetings and prospecting, this position will identify the optimal number of job leads and job orders for graduate placement. •Follow-up with employers after graduate interviews for feedback and hiring possibilities. •The ERS will communicate with the Career Coach and/or the Director of Career Services daily concerning interview feedback. •Document all employer meetings, job leads and job orders in CampusVue •Work closely with Career Coaches to ensure opportunities are developed that are a match for available graduates and upcoming graduates. Qualifications: •Associates Degree in business/sales related field, or minimum 2-years comparable work experience.
