Required Skills: •Supports employee relations, advising managers and HR partners on performance management, disciplinary actions, workplace conduct, attendance, and corrective action. •Works with higher level Generalists and Specialists to support investigations, including allegations related to harassment, discrimination, retaliation, ethics violations, and policy breaches. •Conduct thorough, timely , and impartial investigations; gather and analyze facts; document findings; and recommend appropriate outcomes and corrective actions. •Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and employment practices across the organization. •Partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR leadership on escalated matters, litigation holds, agency charges, and risk mitigation strategies. •Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on conflict resolution, difficult conversations, and effective people management practices. •Support organizational change initiatives (e.g., restructures, reductions in force) by providing employee relations guidance and risk assessment. •Maintain accurate , confidential case documentation and ensure compliance with record-keeping and reporting requirements. Qualifications: •This position requires 1 - 2 years’ experience in employee relations, human resources, or labor relations, with demonstrated experience handling complex investigations. •Solid functional working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, Title VII, ADA, FMLA). •Demonstrated capacity to manage sensitive matters with discretion, objectivity, and sound judgment. •Excellent communication, interviewing, and conflict resolution skills. •Demonstrated capacity to influence and partner effectively with leaders at all levels. •Bachelor's degree plus in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience is required . •Professional certifications are a plus. •Normal work days are Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary. •Normal work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be necessary.
