Required Skills: •Responsible for supporting and managing employee relations matters across the organization, including employee complaints, workplace investigations, performance concerns, corrective actions, disciplinary matters, and terminations. •This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers regarding workplace concerns and employee relations issues. The position works closely with HR and business leaders to ensure employee matters are handled fairly, consistently, confidentially, and in accordance with company policies and applicable employment laws. •The ideal candidate has strong employee relations and investigation experience, sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to independently manage sensitive and complex employee issues in a fast-paced environment. •Serve as a primary point of contact for employee complaints, workplace concerns, conflicts, and other employee relations matters. •Conduct and manage workplace investigations by gathering relevant information, reviewing documentation, interviewing involved parties, and coordinating with HR and management as appropriate. •Assess employee concerns objectively and support appropriate resolution based on company policies and established procedures. •Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner. •Employee Support & Relations Management Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred. •4–6 years of HR experience, including at least 2–3 years of direct Employee Relations experience. •Solid functional working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices; knowledge of California employment law is strongly preferred. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills. •Demonstrated capacity to handle sensitive and confidential employee matters with professionalism and discretion. •Strong organizational and case-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple employee relations cases simultaneously. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. •Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred.
