Required Skills: •Oversee the workers' compensation process from initial injury reporting to claim resolution. •Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and legal representatives to manage claims efficiently. •Develop and implement return-to-work programs, working closely with managers to identify modified duties for injured employees. •Ensure compliance with all relevant workers' compensation laws and regulations. •Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation. •Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints or concerns, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes. •Provide guidance and support to managers on handling employee relations matters and implementing disciplinary actions. •Advise on best practices for conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. •Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations and workers' compensation management, preferably within the retail and/or production industry. •In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly in relation to workers compensation. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization. •Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required. •Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. •High degree of integrity, working with sensitive information, understanding privacy laws. •Strong project management and organizational skills, particularly in managing multiple project priorities simultaneously. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
