Required Skills: •Serve as a trusted advisor to HR leaders, managers, and executives on complex and escalated employee relations matters. •Provide guidance on disability accommodations, workplace investigations, performance management issues, complaints, conflict resolution, and other challenging employment situations. •Assess risk and recommend practical, compliant solutions that align with organizational values and business objectives. •Maintain expertise in federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, with a strong focus on multi-state compliance. •Monitor legislative and regulatory developments, evaluate organizational impact, and lead implementation of required changes. •Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and business leaders to ensure policies, programs, and employment practices remain compliant and effective. •Lead or support compliance reviews, audits, and strategic HR initiatives. •HR Policy & Program Development Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. •Demonstrated expertise in employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations best practices. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and risk assessment skills. •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence and partner effectively across all organizational levels. •Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams. •Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred. •Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset. •Strong initiative and ownership with a continuous improvement focus. •Demonstrated capacity to navigate complex situations with sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion.
