Work is routinely performed in a variety of work environments including some non-temperature-controlled environments. •Oversee day-to-day BluePrint operations for the assigned region, ensuring referrals are assigned and responded to within program timelines and that caseloads and workloads are distributed for timely, effective service delivery. •Conduct routine case file audits and review assessments, case notes, plans, and case closures to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with documentation, confidentiality, and program standards. •Monitor regional performance indicators such as referrals, enrollments, engagement, follow-up activity, case closures, required employee contact, and follow-up schedules. •Identify operational concerns, recommend improvements to the Program Manager, and support implementation of new procedures and initiatives. •Employee Support Services •Carry a caseload of employees, delivering direct BluePrint support to remain involved in service delivery and model best practices for the team. •Ensure delivery of professional, trauma-informed, employee-centered case management, and provide guidance on complex situations involving financial hardship, housing, transportation, mental health, career development, and work-life balance. •Maintain strict confidentiality while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and mandatory reporting requirements.
