This individual serves as a voice for frontline employees and leaders, helping ensure processes, systems, and resources align with how work is actually performed in the field. •The Employee Lifecycle Specialist operates with a high degree of autonomy and is expected to independently identify opportunities, influence stakeholders, and lead initiatives that improve workforce readiness and experience. •Own the day-to-day onboarding and offboarding experience for Field and Supply Chain Pros. •Serve as a central point of coordination and accountability across cross-functional partners. •Monitor employee lifecycle touchpoints to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences. •Proactively identify barriers, delays, or gaps that impact readiness, engagement, or successful transitions. •Partner with Talent Acquisition, Training, HR Operations, Fleet, Licensing, Compliance, Supply Chain, and Field Operations to drive seamless onboarding execution.
