[SC00 •ThispositionreportstotheManager,EmployeeCompensation . •Assisting with theimplementationandadministrationofnon-bargainingcompensationprograms,policies, and guidelines, including but not limited to the annual base pay review (Pay-for-Performance), short-term incentive program and benchmarking process •Reviewing and making compensation recommendations on internal and external offers •Analyzing compensation surveys to determine compensation trends and to ensure competitive positions in the external market and internal equity across the organization •Consulting with leaders on compensation practices and processes •Providing project management and analytical support in key compensation special projects Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline preferred with minimum 4 years relevant work experience is required. Relevant work experience includes experience with the following: Employee Compensation, Finance, Auditing, and analytical experience. •In lieu of a bachelor’s degree (preferred), minimum 7 years relevant work experience is required.
