The ideal candidate builds relationships easily, communicates confidently across all levels of the organization, and takes ownership from idea through execution. •Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and authentically- both verbally and in writing- with a variety of audiences. •Demonstrated ability to build genuine relationships and connect with people across departments, personalities, and levels of an organization. •A strong sense of initiative with the ability to identify opportunities, develop ideas, and turn them into action without waiting to be told what to do. •Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and follow through. •Creative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to think beyond “the way we've always done it.” •Demonstrated capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, and departments throughout the organization. •Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential or sensitive information appropriately. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common digital communication tools.
