Analyses may include but are not limited to; market review analysis, rate and contribution analysis, benchmarking •Serve as primary contact with insurance carriers for negotiating and marketing coverage for new business quotes and renewals, including: requesting quotes, evaluating & spreadsheeting options, negotiating rates and benefit features and, preparing renewal or new plan options with executive summary. •Detailed understanding of health and ancillary benefit plan designs, billing and claims resolution procedures. •Working knowledge in CRM and all carrier employer and broker portals •Lead and oversee acting as the primary service contact between clients and insurance carriers and retaining clients through customer service which includes open and clear communication channels with clients, producers and internal partners. Ensure accurate and timely responses occur between all parties. •Inform Account Executives and Producers of escalated service issues •Install new group insurance contracts for existing clients or new clients effectively utilizing resources to match client needs.
