You will support this role 100% onsite. •Emergency Preparedness Program Leadership •Own and manage the site Emergency Preparedness Program, including governance, strategy, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. •Maintain the Site Emergency Plan and implementing procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements and site commitments. •Assess program effectiveness, identify gaps, prioritize corrective actions, and escalate risks. •Develop performance metrics, audits, and management reporting. •Provide emergency response leadership and support during drills, exercises, inspections, and actual events. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, Emergency Management, Fire Science, Environmental Science, Nuclear Technology, or a related technical field. Industry experience in lieu of degree will be considered. •Knowledge of emergency management principles, incident command systems, and emergency response planning. •Professional certifications such as Certified Emergency Manager (CEM), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Fire Officer, or equivalent.
