Hiring: Emergency Management Specialist Company: AAA Auto Club Enterprises Location: Coppell, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 10:37:48 Target Skills & Keywords : SaaS About the job Experience: •1 year experience in discussion and operations-based exercise environment. •1 year experience in emergency plan development. •1 year experience in resource management as it relates to emergency operations Required Skills: •Assist with developing planning, training, exercises, and other departments’ crafted documentation related to emergency management. •Assist with the training and management of ACE emergency response volunteers. •Assist with planning, training, and operational outreach relating to the implementation of assigned EM programs. •Assist with and serve as an administrator of the department’s Software as a Service (SaaS), emergency notification system, and other technologies as assigned. •Develop and deliver EM training and exercises (discussion- and operations-based) to a variety of audiences. •Partner and assist with the department’s cross-functional program, Business Continuity. •Perform related work as assigned.
