EMAs perform policy development, exercise planning, emergency notification, and continuity documentation. •SSA COOP Plans and Templates. •Agency-wide tabletop, functional, and full-scale exercises. •Lessons learned, After-Action Reports, and Corrective Action Plans. •Maintain and inventory emergency preparedness kits and supplies. •Update call down lists and maintain MENS notification rosters. •Develop Emergency Management Essential Records plans and ensure records are updated in compliance. •Review new Federal directives and produce integration plans with gap assessments. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree OR relevant military/law enforcement experience. •Level I Professional Continuity Practitioner certification. •IS-546, IS-547, IS-1300, IS-242, IS-230, IS-700, IS-800. •Completed FEMA Courses ICS-100, IS-242, IS-906, IS-1300, IS-2200. •This is a full-time position in Baltimore, MD.
