Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. •Provide direct supervision of Emergency Services Dispatchers including scheduling, resolving questions, coaching, disciplining, disseminating information, assigning and reviewing work, and completing performance appraisals. •Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures for Emergency Services Dispatchers. •Develop and sustain positive working relationships with first responder agency dispatch centers. •Facilitate the monitoring of access control systems to District facilities. •Review and approve reports, records, and activity logs. •Manage and administer departmental technology, equipment and systems including: Card Access and video surveillance systems Security Systems as well as Security Information Systems (SIS), Fire monitoring system, and a future CAD system. •Manage and administer the Department's two-way radio system and ensure compliance with Department procedures, FCC regulations, and contractual obligations. Qualifications: •CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Certification in National Incident Management System (NIMS) Incident Command System (ICS) and Professional Development Series required. Driver's license required with good driving history required. Subject to random/post accident/reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing. •The successful new hire or rehired candidate will be responsible to complete and incur the fingerprinting and processing fee of $57.50 through an appropriate fingerprinting vendor and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, within 48 hours of offer acceptance.
