At Arista, we take pride in our track record of success and strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and performance in everything we do. •Collaborates with the EMC design aspect of hardware design related to chassis and PCB layout. •Develops compliance plans by researching, analyzing, selecting, and applying compliance engineering concepts, approaches, techniques, and criteria; adapting and modifying compliance engineering options; developing and evaluating new compliance methodologies; qualifying vendors, components and critical EMC related suppression parts. •Organizes compliance program by preparing timetables, cost estimates, and required resources including test laboratories and equipment. •Attend hardware design reviews, provide chassis and board level EMC design feedbacks to hardware development teams •Performs, creates EMC design guidelines including EMC R&D measurements at chassis level. •Expert knowledge of most design tools including Allegro PCB layout tool. Qualifications: •BS or MS Electrical Engineering or equivalent (in lieu of degree, 3-7 years of relevant work experience) •Knowledge of typical regulatory issues, industry best practices, and international approval / certification processes •Proficient with schematics and board layout reviews with emphasis on providing EMC design guidelines to Hardware design Engineers. •Must be proficient with EMC Standards, measurements, data analysis and deep dive chassis and board level debug Hands on experience with the operation of EMC spectrum analyzer and receiver. •The new hire base pay for this role has a pay range of $150,000 to $190,000. •Arista offers different pay ranges based on work location, so that we can offer consistent and competitive pay appropriate to the market. The actual base pay offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and work location.
